Product Description

Ion Chromatograph is an intelligent instrument with high precision and reliable analytical capability. The intelligent function of the instrument effectively improves the productivity

of the laboratory. Intelligent large screen displays the running parameters and status of the instrument, making it easy for the operator to check the status of the equipment.

Basic Principle

The separation mechanism of ion chromatography is mainly ion exchange, and there are three kinds of separation methods, which are high performance ion exchange chromatography

(HPIC), ion exclusion chromatography (HPIEC) and ion pair chromatography (MPIC). HPIC uses low-capacity ion exchange resins, HPIEC uses high-capacity resins, and MPIC uses

porous resins that do not contain ion exchange groups. The separation mechanism of HPIC is mainly ion exchange, HPIEC is mainly ion repulsion, and MPIC is mainly based on adsorption

 and ion pair formation.

System Composition:

The composition of the IC system is the same as that of HPLC, consisting of four parts: mobile phase transfer part, separation column, detector and data processing, and usually equipped

with MSM or similar suppressor if background conductivity needs to be suppressed.

Application fields:

Health care, environmental protection, chemical industry, petroleum, energy and so on.
